2) Do they come with a warranty? Yes, the ballast on these lights are warrantied for 5 years (materials only). In addition, we warranty their arrival to you in working condition and not damaged.

4) How do I wire and mount these? It is always recommended for these to be installed by a licensed and experienced electrician.  Cords are available for an additional $10 per light.  These can come preinstalled but lead time is increased.

We are located in Illinois and have some pretty cold winters and have not experienced any issues with these lights in any of our unheated/heated warehouses. 9) Do these lights come with cords on them?  No they do not, but cords can be preinstalled onto them for an additional $10.  The lead time for this added feature is typically 5-10 business days.
